This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) for Nevada residents supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Calaveras Energy, Inc. (the “Company” or “we”) and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of Nevada (“consumers” or “you”). The Company has adopted this Policy to comply with Nevada’s Privacy of Information Collected on the Internet from Consumers Act, (as may be amended from time to time, the “PICICA”) and any terms defined in the PICICA have the same meaning when used in this Policy.
Information We Collect.
Our website (“Website”) collects information that could be considered “Personal Information” under the PICICA. For Nevada residents, Personal Information includes first and last name; a home or other physical address; an email address; a telephone number; a Social Security number; an identifier that allows a specific person to be contacted physically or online; and any other information concerning a person collected through the Website and maintained in personally identifiable form in combination with an identifier. Personal Information does not include:
- Publicly available information from government records;
- Deidentified or aggregated consumer information; or
- Information excluded from the PICICA’s scope, like:
- Health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), clinical trial data, or other qualifying research data; or

Your Rights and Choices
The PICICA provides consumers with specific rights regarding their Personal Information. This section describes your rights under the PICICA and explains how to exercise those rights.
Exercising Your Rights.
To exercise your right to review and request changes to any of your Personal Information, please submit a request by either:

Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.
You do not need to create an account with us to submit a request (a “Verifiable Consumer Request”). However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to Personal Information associated with that specific account.
We will only use Personal Information provided in the request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make it.
Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to substantively respond to a Verifiable Consumer Request within sixty (60) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another thirty (30) days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. The response we provide will explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
You have the right to appeal our decision not to act upon your request. Our written response to your appeal will include an explanation of the reasons for the decision.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this Policy, we will post the updated Policy on the Website and update this Policy’s effective date. Your continued use of our Website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
