This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) for Nevada residents supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Calaveras Energy, Inc. (the “Company” or “we”) and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of Nevada (“consumers” or “you”). The Company has adopted this Policy to comply with Nevada’s Privacy of Information Collected on the Internet from Consumers Act, (as may be amended from time to time, the “PICICA”) and any terms defined in the PICICA have the same meaning when used in this Policy.

For Nevada residents, Personal Information includes first and last name; a home or other physical address; an email address; a telephone number; a Social Security number; an identifier that allows a specific person to be contacted physically or online; and any other information concerning a person collected through the Website and maintained in personally identifiable form in combination with an identifier.
